LUNDEEN INN OF THE ARTS

The inn is an art gallery with works by local artists displayed throughout its four guest rooms and common areas. The structure dates to the 1860s as a Mexican-inspired Pueblo building and was expanded in the 1980s by architect Jerry Lundeen. Over the years, the inn welcomed traveling artists at no charge, and local artists continue to exhibit their work here.

Guest rooms include Queen Rooms, Queen Rooms with Two Queen Beds, and the Georgia O'Keeffe Room. Family rooms with parquet floors have air-conditioning, private bathrooms, seating areas, showers, and TVs. The Georgia O'Keeffe Room contains a reading nook and an old fireplace.

Breakfast is served in the art gallery, a room with a cathedral ceiling and clerestory lighting. The homemade breakfast has included spinach frittata, croissant sandwiches, pumpkin pancakes, fresh fruit, muffins, coffee, and orange juice. Guests sit together at two large dining tables surrounded by local art.

The inn has a garden, free Wi-Fi, free parking, non-smoking rooms, and fax and photocopying services. Pets are allowed for a small fee, and guests with dogs can use the garden. Host Lydia offers dinner recommendations, accepts early check-in, and can provide breakfast to go for early departures.
